Duration
Participants with Down syndrome:
Two online sessions that take about 30 to 45 minutes each.
*Independent adults will complete a brief Zoom consent meeting before study sessions begin.*
Participants without
Down syndrome:
One online sessions that take about 30 minutes.
Who?
Individuals with Down syndrome between 15 and 24 years old who can use words to communicate. Their parents/guardians will also complete a short questionnaire.
*Young adults who use only a few words may not be able to complete the second session of the study.*
Typically developing individuals between the ages of 15-24. Parents/gaurdians may be asked to complete a short questionnaire.
Whats involved?
Session 1: Brief activities like matching words to pictures and repeating numbers
